There are a few hotels close to the University of Tennessee, but unfortunately rates are quite high for the weekend of the conference.
It is advised to look at hotels located just West of campus, in the Papermill/Weisgarber area. This area is an easy 10-15 minute drive to campus. There are also many Airbnb locations in the Knoxville area.

NASA Conference Rate of $204 per night – 6 miles
We have 13 single rooms with 1 King Bed and 3 rooms with double beds under a Group Room Agreement for $204 per room per night for 1-2 people. Tax will be 18.25%. These reservations are made individually by contacting the hotel directly. Make sure to mention “UT Saxophone Group” when making your reservation. All reservations will require a credit card on file to guarantee the room. All rooms will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be made by February 24, 2025.
