    TCW Registration

    Competition Registration and Priority Registration deadline are both December 15, 2025.

    The first 75 paid registrants for the full TCW will be able to perform in a master class. Registrants after the first 75 will be put on a waiting list to perform in a master class. The first 30 registrants for the Suzuki workshop will, similarly, have the chance to perform in a group Suzuki master class.

    NOTE: The TCW exists for and wishes to encourage involvement of all enthusiastic cellists, regardless of their financial situation. To apply for a partial TCW scholarship, please send a short email detailing your need for such help to [email protected].

    • Cellist participant: $279 (includes admission to all events, lunch Saturday and Sunday, and TCW T-shirt)
    • Cellist participant registration for finalists in the 2025 TCW Cello Competitions: $179.
    • Teacher in-service professional development registration: $89 (includes admission to all events and lunch Saturday and Sunday)
    • One-day TCW Suzuki Workshop (Saturday only): $89
    • TCW Competition Registration for Junior, High School and UnCompetition divisions: $39 (plus full registration)
    • TCW Collegiate Competition Registration: $69 (plus full registration)
    • Extra Sunday lunches: $26 each

    Late Registrations

    We will try to accommodate all who wish to participate in the Tennessee Cello Workshop. Paid registrations received after December 15, 2025 may still be able to play in a master class, if space exists. The final deadline for competition entry is December 15, 2025.

    Payment of Fees

    All fees for the TCW are paid online with a credit card. After you go through the online registration, click on the link at the bottom of the page and you will be directed to the payment page.

    Your registration is complete upon receipt of your registration fees.

    In the event of a cancellation of registration, a refund of 50% of the registration fees is possible for cancellations made by January 10, 2026 Refunds for cancellations made after January 10 will not be possible.
