Submit a music request form!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1: Submit Music Request Form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first page of the form is for music replacements. Fill out all the fields and add any additional comments you feel are necessary. The second page of the form is not required, but you may fill it out if you are in need of replacement parts for your flip folder. You may also choose to receive a copy of your responses in an email at the end of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-utkwds-single-link wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeH_SujHxUoJgQRa33BkVmaSpjHmR1wIW5sSDP25s4l2gH3fw\/viewform?vc=0&amp;c=0&amp;w=1\" id=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeH_SujHxUoJgQRa33BkVmaSpjHmR1wIW5sSDP25s4l2gH3fw\/viewform?vc=0&amp;c=0&amp;w=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Music Request Form<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2: Receive your music<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Music will be available for pickup in box on music library door (G16), and must be submitted 24 hours prior to rehearsal to be received by the following rehearsal. Music not claimed after one week will be thrown away. For a whole folder replacement, contact Mrs. Sadler to pay the $20 fee and bring receipt\/proof of purchase to music library with at least 24 hour notice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In need of new music or a flip folder?
