Welcome to the University of Tennessee Horn Studio!
Horns students at the University of Tennessee work in a supportive, student-centered environment where they study all aspects of music, including topics pertaining to performance, pedagogy, scholarship, creativity, marketing and entrepreneurship. A music degree from the University of Tennessee will prepare you to pursue a 21st Century career in music.
The horn studio is comprised of undergraduate and graduate Performance, Music Education, Bachelor of Arts and Theory/Composition majors. Members of the studio perform regularly with the Symphony Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band and Concert Band, the UT Horn Choir, and in many, many small chamber ensembles.
